Taking care of export deliveries in the case of foreign shipments
Bet on comprehensive service in our company. We will prepare all formalities related to the shipment of products. The basic information for the preparation of documentation is the country of destination - whether within the EU or outside it. Employees of the transport section will take care of the relevant documents:
To EU countries:
- WDT invoice, if the customer is active in the VIES system, otherwise an invoice with VAT,
- CMR for pallet shipments is not required for parcel shipments
- tracking and delivery protocol
To non-EU countries:
- export invoice
- bill of lading - a document for customs clearance containing e.g. information on the quantity of goods, net and gross weight and delivery terms
- preparation of clearance to the customs agency - translation of the VAT invoice, information on transport costs
- carrying out export clearances
- CMR
